Their food is good but i have complain about their customer service, today was the third time that i went there around 7 pm and they were closed, i called them before going but they didn’t answer and i thought okay maybe they are busy, i drove 30 minutes to get there , i dont understand if you want to close early why you said we are open till 8 . and today i think the man that i saw was the owner , he even didn’t apologize . i would never eat there again.

GrillWay is all about the food. My recent first meal was their "Chicken Shawarma Meal' and it was a wonderful tasting meal with a nice twist on the flavoring. I also treated one of my teams to various platter meals and they raved about the food. Your also supporting a local hardworking unique business. By the way, they have an inhouse butcher so you can order meat there also. I rated atmosphere only as a 3 because it's very small space with four to five tables, it's more of a pickup togo restaurant, but you can hang out there if you want and enjoy the many customers coming and going and hear and smell the food being prepared with passion.

Easily the best shawarma I have ever had. I make the drive from Dartmouth for this craving, totally worth the trip. Portions are excellent and the staff are super friendly and inviting. Anyone who knows shawarma would appreciate this spot!

Finally found my Shawarma place. After having those terrible so-called Shawarmas at the chain-restaurants, i was craving for a good one.Grillway definitely is the best Shawarma i have had in the longest time. Along with it, the Baklavas were amazing too.Definitely visiting the place more often.
They have one of the most authentic shawarma in HRM. The grilled platter is also tasty with juicy chicken. We have now ordered several times and it is always good. But you may need to order in the morning or afternoon because sometimes we had to wait more than 4 hours.
Food Is Good , But worst Customer Experiance ever, They seem very angry if we ask for any questions, Not a good way to get customers Back, Hope they fix that.

Great customer service best shawarma in town guarantee they also have middle eastern barbecue, which is extremely delicious. The restaurant is clean. They also have a butcher shop and the prices are extremely affordable. Definitely recommended and family friendly restaurant with definitely recommend and would also come back again

I was in a short visit in Halifax, and I ordere mix kabab and the food was tasty and smell is unbelievable.it really exceeded my expectations.I recommend this resturant ? for every one living or visiting Halifax.The food is really yummy ?Thanks for this experience.
NOTE: beef shawerma is only fridays through SundaysGreat authentic beef shawerma. Just the basic minimal right ingredients: parsley, white onion and some tomatoes. No unnecessary stuffing to overwhelm the taste. Usually it's with pita bread but the sajj bread they use is even tastier. The tahina that comes as a side with the shawerma could be better. The fries are ok but should be better.The chicken shawerma isn't bad but the beef is where it's at.They have a butcher in-house and it reflects in the quality of meat. I haven't tried the traditional syrian dishes or grilled meat skewers.-Reasonably priced.-Friendly and respectful staff.-Free parking.-Seating is basic diner seating
