We walk in and it's empty but we're told where we can sit where we want to sit we're told we can't sit there because it hasn't been clean and she walks away. Then we sit where we're not comfortable and then she sits someone else where we asked to be seated. The only reason we came back was because we were giving this place a second chance. Big mistake . Service sucked considering there were only five tables with people

Very fast and friendly staff. Alex was amazing, and super funny.Cant beat the price for pancakes, they were so good.My only complaint is, for a $4.00 tea, because they I guess re-use the thermo's the coffee taste was very strong with my tea. I dont like coffee, so it was not drinkable for me. My youngest said teh cupcake pancakes tasted like heavenKid-friendliness: You got some crayons and a placemat to color, friendly family atmosphere.
