Not sure why but the afternoon staff seems to always be in a rush to get rid of customers. I ordered something and confirmed if they had it and they said yes, when I get to the counter they were actually out. I get offered replacement but I really just wanted what I ordered. The staff expressed dismay in all level. Made sure I felt like stupid for refusing to take the suggested replacement. Customer service is just lacking. It's a shame because the morning staff are phenomenal, polite and kind. This is why I am giving this place 2 stars if it weren't for the morning staff it would get 0 star if it exists.

Have been coming here very often in the past year, most employees there’s no issue but as read in another review & have experienced terrible service from 1 particular employee who won’t greet or speak to you. Drinks made by them are constantly very under-filled - making them almost a downgrade in size for the more expensive price.

I usually have an amazing experience at this location as I’ve been coming in here going on 10 years few times a week. The past few months there is a woman that works counter , if she ever wore a name tag I would be able to name her.. but I’ve never seen one. She just doesn’t care about counter , the lines or how fast she needs to get orders out. I waited 8 mins for a lg coffee, there was no one in line when I ordered, she wasn’t busy, she took my order without saying a word as usual. with this worker, I’m never told my total I have to ask. Then when she goes to make my coffee it took 8 mins.. btw I’ve waited longer than this ONLY with this particular worker. She talks to the people in drive through and pass them orders all before starting mine ( after she took my order btw) Then I look at the line of 5 people who have been waiting and are just as frustrated as I am. I love this location I’ve been a regular for many many years. Every other worker is always so pleasant and greets you with a smile. Also got home to my coffee not even stirred , which is usual with the worker, I wish I had a name for you Tim Hortons but as I’ve stated she doesn’t wear one or her fleece Tim’s coat covers it but I really don’t think so ?

Honestly the food tastes like expletive and I end up throwing it out most of the time. Staff have attitude problems as well. Not a good place to dine.
I ordered three bagels for me and my friends. The first one was very overcooked the second one after we went and complained to both. The first one was undercooked and way too much butter and it's really hard to understand what the server was
