These guys don’t care about what they are making in orders.I ordered through Uber and they delivered beef ? petty instead of potato and I didn’t know that and had a bite .I am vegetarian person and they delivered me non-veg .Ruined my religion,it’s so frustrating.Never gonna order from them

After visiting this place, I would prefer to spend $10 for something much healthier and more sustainable than " mama Burger". It was a shameful shape and size. Totally different from ads shows.

The Mic Mac Mall A & W Restaurant’s service and food quality has gotten so bad, I think I’ve decided I won’t be returning.Tonight, while I was waiting to order, no one else was in line, the person in the kitchen asked if I wanted to order, meanwhile the cashier had her back to me. When I received my order the bag of sweet potato fries I ordered was half full. So it’s clear no one is inspecting the quality of food going out. There were two customers after me who had their food refunded, one, due to being unsatisfied with it, the other because of the length of time it was taking to get her food, and it wasn’t that busy. One of the cooks was on his cell phone in the back typing away, then handling the food.The time before, my daughter ordered a burger, they said they couldn’t make it, but could dress another burger with the same ingredients, when it was ready, my daughter inquired if a specific ingredient was on it, the cashier opened up her burger to look after taking several customer’s orders including handing their cash.It USED to be one of my favourite places to go grab a burger.

Management should consider more hiring. Staff struggles to keep up with rush. However customer service was great. It would be way better if managers consider to put more people to work Not just 3 for 50 orders.

I don't think I will be back to this location, Mic Mac Mall. I love A&W but this one is horrible. The counter person that took our order was not engaged with their customer, I felt like I was a bother. He spent the whole time watching and looking at the food court people. The onions on the buddy burger were so burnt the pop was half full and the fries were cold. When I mentioned that the pop was half empty he sad you can get more when you drink that one, really? This person wanted to be any where but at work and it showed in their lack of customer service. I rated it a 2 but really it is more a 1.

Went to the MicMac Mall location today because I had 35 minutes to wait for my bus so I figured that would be sufficient time to grab a quick bite....boy was I wrong.Maybe it's possible at other locations,but definitely not this one.The woman waiting on customers moves painfully slow,takes one order,then waits there for it to come up,slowly bags it and slowly gives it to the customer.....without bothering to attend to the 5 other people in line waiting to order,and not even bother to greet or acknowledge them. Here's a great idea,maybe wait on the other people in line while you stand there waiting for the last oder to cook? They showed me how to take more than one order at a time when I worked at Macdonalds....and I was only 17.Unfortunately I couldn't rate the food and the atmosphere was ruined for me when it took 25 minutes for this woman to serve the 4 whole people in front of me,I had to leave,as I didn't even get to the counter in that time to place my order,and God knows how much longer I d have to wait to get the actual food....Really disappointed in you guys,you were one of the greats.Sad to say I will not be visiting this location again.Train your staff better,or get better staff.
I'm going to put this simply, if you're a fast food restaurant no matter how good you are and you charge $61 for 3 combos and a side of onion rings I will not return. Simple. That is a fast food restaurant charging me sit-down restaurant prices for a couple of chicken burgers and poutine.

Should be 0 stars all the way. Food left sitting in warmer so it dries up. Told them it should be fresh. Not enough A&W seasoning spice anymore. Clerk on the register is very rude. Won't be back to this location.
