Ordered 2 donairs and a small pizza, the pizza was ice cold and so were the donairs. Also the donairs were swimming in greece and bairly edible. The pizza also tasted really sweet like they used sweet pizza sauce for some reason. Very disappointing there food use to be so good

Ever since the manager or management has changed over the last year the service and quality of the food has gone down hil. I placed a pick up order today as a loyal customer of 10 plus years, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes and when I showed up it was not even started. The girl responded with "Oh we have other orders". This is beyong unexpectable and not the first time we have been disappointed in the last three months. I would not recommand anyone to order from here if you need the food in less than 1.5 hr.

I ordered garlic fingers, medium donair and a shawarma with a 2L Gingerale. The chicken shawarma had spicy chicken and no garlic sauce and tastes more like a fajita on a pita. I was so excited to eat my food and pretty disappointed when I bit into it. The donair and garlic fingers were dry as well. The best thing in the order was the gingerale and the veggies on top of the donair. Would not recommend. 6 thumbs down.

Today I ordered a 2 donairs for delivery, and it was delivered in about 45 mins as they said. That was the only good thing, after heating it up because it was cold. I bit into a hard crusty piece of donair and then another and then another very hard and greasy i had to spit it out. it was like it was cooked for a long time. 2 weeks prior we bought a pizza and the sauce tasted a little sour. but figured it was a one off. I have eaten there many time in the past, but it was a long time since i bought anything, now i know why. Not sure if it is new owner or not but horrible food this time, I cant believe that they would have sold that to a customer. I had to go to burger king for supper. you pay top dollar now adays you would think you should be able to eat it.

We have gone to this location many times in the past and have never had any issues. We recently had a bad experience HOWEVER, they were amazing with making it right. We totally understand that stuff happens sometimes and they were so professional, so kind and it was so great to see that they cared enough to make it up to their customers. Fully recommend this location. Great owner and great management!
If you want to relive that 1990s Halifax pizza experience, you won't go wrong ordering from Alexandria's. Still tastes the same as it did in university. Absolutely wonderful pepperoni pizza!

Unfortunately, it’s often either exceptional service or questionable service that gets posted. To keep well rounded review, I have both positive and a negative experience. Overall, customer service was good, quickness(usually good), quality in my experience (mostly good for the prices paid).It’s been a while since I ordered a poutine, and figured I’d order and show up in store. To my disappointment, when I opened my “poutine” I thought it was a large (huge) ungodly amount of gravy. Now anymore gravy and the bottom probably would have fell out of the container. Now, for a gravy lover this would be a dream, for a Canadian classic item, a travesty.I usually never have an experience such as this, but I hope this is not the new standard. Unfortunately, that was overbearing.
