We get Cinnabon every year for Christmas breakfast. I always pick them up the week leading to Christmas. Last year when I went to get some I was told that I wasn't going to be able to get in as I didn't have an order placed. I asked when they had stated taking orders for Christmas and was told that they always have. I told the girl that I had been getting them every Christmas for the last 7 years and had never put in an order but had just shown up and was able to get some (after a conversation about this she put me in for an order to be picked up Christmas Eve, not an ideal time to go to the mall). So this year I was pro active and put my order in the beginning of this week as this year we are not going to be in town the week of Christmas. When placing my ordered it was implied that I didn't need to do that and could just walk in the day I needed them, but I put my order in anyways as I was already talking to them. When I showed up today (15 mins late on my end unfortunately) to pick up my order it wasn't even ready and the guy didn't even know anything about it and had to wait for an order that should have been ready for me when I got there.The service has not been great the last few years and the store has been looking pretty dingy, and gets worse looking every year.May have to start a new tradition for Christmas breakfast going forward.

I'm about 3 hours away, so when we do go to the Mic Mac Mall, me & family always make sure to go to cinnabon, BUT we just went yesterday (Dec 2nd 2023) and we brought it to our hotel room, and we(4 adults and a child) got sick, it was doughy and not cooked properly... Was Definitely not a great visit. We won't be returning.

Delicious cinnamon rolls. Made fresh daily. To ensure I get the freshest rolls everytime & avoid lengthy wait times, I call in my order ahead of time. Unlike the cranky customer ahead of me who showed off his 2 star review in front of staff members, because he didn’t order ahead for a box of buns on a busy weekend shopping day!

The rolls taste really good, but the way they apply the frosting is not eye-pleasingly great. It seems that they put the frost without Amy consideration of how much and how frost looks. Also, the guy at the counter may take better care of how he looks to the customers. His clothes had all signs of stain from dough and frost on his pants and shirt.

Not enough staff to make the boxes to sell. Other than that Yummy ?
Never have anything on the menu besides overpriced mini rolls. No fork no napkins..ridiculous

The buns taste great but they're no snack! Each bun is like 2 meals worth of calories. These guys load up the icing and filling which I respect. Great as a once or twice a year treat.

I live about 4+ hours away, I was in Halifax for other reasons and a friend asked me to pick up a 6pack of these delicious treats for her daughter, unfortunately we never had time to get to the mall and needed to leave early Sunday(today). I called their store for a long shot favour to see if they would sell me one box before they open, before the mall was open at that! I can’t recall the name of they young woman but she said it was no problem, and had some prepped already! She made this young girls day, and it was the best example of going above and beyond, I thanked her again and I don’t even think she realized what a great thing she did!

Don't bother going if you are looking for Cinnabons. Never have any ready, but convenient they have the OVERPRICED mini buns available. 3 times and no luck! That will be the last.
