We purchased a sourdough loaf, white bread, and a few chocolate croissants. Everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to trying more products.

Are Uber orders not considered customers?I arrived at the store 930 am on Thursday Morning April 4th for a delivery order. Employee was helping a customer I waited by the pick up area, she said you'll have to wait until I can pack it up, no problem I'm waiting a couple more people come in and she calls for help from the back someone comes out I tell her I'm waiting for the Uber order she goes to pack it up and tga employee snaps at her and says no customers first always!Sorry David I couldn't deliver your order today, I refuse to be treated like I don't exist and I refuse to accept that this employee doesn't view you as a customer.Cobs I really hope this isnt your policy I'll be speaking to a manager about my experience today and will definitely not be supporting your business personally anymore if this is your policy

Service received was not great. Hailey was the server and seemed annoyed that I wanted to take my time to pick what items I wanted and was pushing me to hurry up. It was not busy at the time. Lastly I purchased a couple of loaves of sour dough and when we went to eat the bread it was so over baked it was dry. Unfortunately I live 3 hours away and made a special trip to buy cobs bread and could not return the bread I had purchased

Great service, even better food! Everything from lunches to shareable deserts and fresh baked bread. Plus at the end of the day, all the leftovers are donated to food banks and shelters.
I really love this place as it's one of if not the healthiest bakery with the widest variety of products in the hrm. They regularly have free samples and promotions happening and all of the staff have been nothing short of cheerful and pleasurable to interact with on every occasion. Everything is fresh and delicious and on top of that, they donate leftover baked goods to local charities rather than throw it out like some of these faceless corporate yahoos around. That's a gold star in its own right. Proud to support them.
