Unimpressed! Went to order for a friend and myself the other day, and the two ladies on staff literally were in the back of the establishment ( one was preparing a customer’s hot dog she was ahead of me) while the other staff member stood by and talked to her while she was making no effort to greet me at the counter. Meanwhile, there were four people behind me in the line! Then I saw the other girl coming towards the counter and she said to her coworker, I’ll be right back! I was like are you kidding me? After a few more minutes, the other worker FINALLY approached me and got my order wrong. I asked for a regular cone, and it was chocolate dip! That’s not what I ordered I told her. She looked at me like I was crazy! Won’t be returning after poor customer service, complacent staff! Definitely a joke

the slowest ever, never go here if you’re on break for work cause you’ll never get back in time
me and my friends went to the city for the day. we were not aware that the dairy queen in the mic mac mall was treats only. the lady at the cash was very rude about my friend asking for something that wasn’t on the menu.

Very upset about the sundaes my daughter and I received today. I order a small caramel and a medium hot fudge. When I got them I even confirmed with the lady at your Mic MAC Mall location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and she said “yup, that’s it”. These look identical in size. Very upset with the fact I paid more for the hot fudge one and received the same amount. Pic in comments
