Food quality at this location is horrendous. Especially oven subs. Employees don’t seem to know what they were doing. Don’t waste your hard earned money here folks!

Ordered the Valentine special tonight, the pizza and garlic fingers look alright considering the best attempt to make a heart shape, but the “cinnamon bites” looked like they were shaken around and a pile of frosting just dumped off to the side not even covering half the pieces. Disappointed with those for sure. It won’t let me post a photo otherwise I would.

This is usually my favorite Greco in the city and will go out of my way to go here over other locations. Today I had placed an order for a specific time and arrived 10 minutes early and my food was already on top of the oven waiting. I thought great probably fresh and hot. Was neither . The sauce on my sub was so cold it felt like it had just come out of the fridge and the bread was almost hard it had cooled down so much. Very disappointing meal

Terrible customer service. They always get my order wrong. Inconsistent with their own menu. One day I can get cheese stuffed crust on a 9” and the next day they say it’s impossible to do. Save your self the headache and order from somewheres else

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. They were dripping in grease, soggy crust, super salty. Just awful! Ordered the ‘ cinnamon swirls’ and there was no swirl there! It was basically a small pizza crust with tons of cinnamon and sugar on it and it was also super greasy! I would’ve been better off making toast and putting cinnamon and sugar on it at home. The crust was so hard you couldn’t even bite it. I rarely order out and now I know why! This mess will be going in the garbage it’s not fit for consumption

Had never been to Greco before but always on the hunt for good pizza. Was seriously disappointed. The thin crust was so thin that it and the sauce became one, and produced a not-sauce, not-crust mooshy substance. The sauce itself was sharp, sour and a little slimy. And anyone who makes pizza should understand that onions should be caramelized, not put on the pizza raw. It's not pleasant to bite into crunchy, barely cooked, smelly onion. Will continue looking for good pizza elsewhere

I love Greco Pizza. I always get the vegetarian one with the three cheese crust. I usually get it delivered. They are very prompt and always have a big smile and a thank you for me. I recommend them highly!
