I've always been searching for the hot wing of my dreams. One that is sincerely spicy, that isnt just out to hurt you, but actually deliver on flavor as well as heat. I found it here at Jacobs. The fire sauce is the best hot sauce I've ever had on a chicken wing. Went back for my 3rd consecutive wing night tonight and intend to back again next Thursday.Gar parm, Hot & Sweet and Honey Garlic have also been fantastic.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options and the vegetarians who joined the wing night found something on the menu and seemed to enjoy their meal.

Run don't walk! This place is serving up some delicious pizza, wings, and sammies. Highly recommend asking for the wing sauce on the side so you can savour the flavour of the dry rub. Sidenote, it is a bit loud because they are blasting some classics but I truly loved the vibe and we'll be back for sure! Oh and the service is truly top-shelf.
Dietary restrictions: They do have GF pizza and other options (no GF menu) and the servers were fantastic about everything and very knowledgeable

It's always a bumping spot. Waits can be long and staff are so busy you could be unseen. Once you're seen though they are great! It can get pretty crowded in there, and the tables get close to one another. If they had more staff on board, the service would be quicker, but like I said, the staff they have now are great. I've Always gone for Wing Night, and are lightly breaded wings where you can get the sauce on the side. They are good and massive. Overall I recommend if you got lots of time.Parking: Street parking on Portland St can be pretty crazy.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat to the sidewalk entrance and a bathroom on the main floor.
We went to Jacob’s for the first time last night and it was amazing! When we got there it was busy and we had to wait but not long and I would have waited longer it was so good! The garlic parm chicken wings OMG ???. We also had the chicken shawarma burger and a pizza also very delicious. We will be back!

It was our first time trying Jacob’s Lounge. We weren’t informed until after receiving an entire menu that they only served wings and pizza after 4pm. It left us disappointed as we had already made our mind up. Though, the food was good. It was probably the worst service I had in quite some time. It was unfortunate to have my server roll her eyes and sigh when I asked for more ranch for the wings and after payment, there was no “thank you; come again”, nothing. Just a complete walk away. I felt if you weren’t a “regular” than you weren’t welcomed as the atmosphere was extremely loud and the waitresses seemed to linger around the tables they knew… our waitress never asked if we were ok, or topped up our water.We will not be back and it’s unfortunate as the food was good but service, atmospheres and feeling comfortable is huge to me when dining in at a restaurant.
