They are advertising their rewards program but the employees there literally know nothing about it and we’re confused when I asked for one and they are confused every time I try to get them to scan it. I think if you have the rewards you get the 7th one free but I don’t even know if they’re scanning mine properly. I don’t think it’s the employees fault, the manager should be training them on these things especially if they’re advertising it.

After signing up and making the track to Dartmouth to check out this place and grab my welcome smoothie while shopping, why's us rate because I do not live in Dartmouth so getting here takes arrangements- anyway- did nit get it as the person said the supervisor has to do it- well why wasn't that listed on the website, or why are your employees not trained for this especially when they are looking at you like you have 5 heads when you present them with the email as proof -

What a joke. The turkey bacon wrap is about half the size of wraps you would buy in a supermarket and looks NOTHING like the picture. There is ONE slice of deli turkey, ONE slice of bacon and some limp lettuce and tomato. I had to open it and dissect it to find the meat. I'm not joking. I've been watching my calories closely lately so I asked which drink had the least calories. The guy had no idea. He guessed a protein one or a green one. I asked if there was a pamphlet with nutrition information. Nope. When I got home I looked up nutrition info and the drinks are very high in calories as was the itty bitty wrap. NEVER again.

You kidding me!!! I'm standing in line to wait for Tim Hortons to open, I see the man that works at this location (Jugo Juice) put ice in the despencer, then put his hand on the ice without protection on his hands. That's sick dude!!!

Not sure if this place is any good. We stood in line to order. 3 people in front of us. Over 20 minutes later, still one person in front of us to order. We walked away. It's blender drinks and pre made wraps, it cannot be THAT difficult to empty the queue.
