I prefer the food selection here over Mizu. It’s not a perfect score because I was not too fond of the customer service. I guess it varies with the server and time. I had a male server who was not very good. I came here at 2pm for lunch. The ambience is also not that great.

Despite a bit of a wait, every moment was absolutely worth it! While waiting, I decided to pop over to their sister restaurant Dahlia for a drink, and when I returned, the fantastic food made the entire experience truly exceptional. The wait only added to the anticipation, and the result was well worth the patience.

Honestly , Jukai has been our “go to “ for a few years now and I would normally just let this pass but tonight was a real disappointment . Seafood udon was a starchy overcooked mess with a wilted piece of simulated crab , a calamari ring and 3 shrimp . . The sweet and sour chicken was barely cooked , the sauce bland and watery. Chicken looked like it had been boiled and thrown in . It was 100% inedible The sushi pizza tasted good but was thrown into the box without care . Jukia, you are better than this . I realize it was busy , but it’s like you didn’t even try .
