Asked for a chicken burger, it’s 10$ where as the combo is 11.50. Okay, I’ll get the combo. Get my drink, or their ice machine is broken. This is warm, can I get a bottle of water or something from the fridge”? Nope, that’s extra! Fix you ice machine, or rotate and offer cold bottled beverages. Management can’t even run a fast food joint in a mall.

Disgusting. On arrival my initial reaction was “do I want to eat here” the Front counter needed a good cleaning. Ordering was a challenge- 2 x 3pc meals 3 pieces of chicken, fries and a drink. Seemed simple enough, but the person behind the counter couldn’t quite get his head around it. No sooner than the order was in, out came the 2 meals which consisted of 3 pieces of dried up over cooked chicken, Luke warm fries and a drink that was warmer than the fries. Complete failure. My rating of 1 is quite generous.

10 minutes to take 1 order 7 minutes talking I don’t know what was the topic but it wasn’t the food, I asked politely that can you put some plant based patties to fry as i want plant based sandwiches and it takes time but no reply just a stare. Come on man frustrating, you want to talk, talk when you have no customer.

I am not a hard person to please but I have been living in Dartmouth for years and this location has never not disappointed me. I decided to give it one more chance tonight and same as always, the order took 10 minutes to get, the food was old, soggy and lukewarm and even the soda was warm after I paid $30 for it…..I’m done eating here. Service sucks. The food is never fresh and hot. Go to another place on the mall for food. There’s lots of better options.

ordered beef taco and chicken taco. had no beef or chicken. said they only have beans. Chicken....is in your name. beef i could understand because they hired Hindu employees and its against thier religion. bad for business but chicken really what the hell?

I just left kfc mic mac mall..i must the service rendered was appalling and nobody should go through that kinda treatment at the restuarant, I got there at 8.20 pm and I was told they ran out of chicken and they were closing in 10 mins but once the white customers got after me they had chicken for them , that's the most racist treatment I have ever experienced in my life , the manager of the store needs to call the servers to order mehn..i am never going to kfc again .this has to be the most embarrassing day for me..

My friend and I (black ) went there at 8.20 pm and the Indian guy in the kitchen literally told us they were out of chicken , while the lady taking our order laughed about it . I walk away and next thing I know is they actually sold chicken to the other white folks . Like seriously it’s unacceptable . KFC is known for chicken, that’s the only meat you sell . You didn’t only lie about it but you decided to sell to others .
