Food tastes like any other McDonalds.Staff we're incredibly disorganized, they served several people their food that ordered after me and when I brought to their attention their mistake they yelled at the kitchen staff to make my burger next and even at that point still took forever to get me my food and then hardly apologized for wasting my entire lunch break, and acted confused when i said i needed it put in a bag because i no longer had time to eat it.

Even when you correct them at the drive thru they still get your order wrong. I swear they employ the worst people at this location. I usually drive to the windmill/wright ave location to stay away from this place.

Pick the worst time to have sidewalk cleaning done at 12 noon. Drive thru ridiculous and one door locked. Stupid timing people cannot be this long on a lunch break. Worst location in the HRM, Clerks pay no attention to orders and its worse when going through drive thru I could have had 2 big meals instead if 1 xl tea...then what!
Needed a code on a receipt to use the washroom.....?

Had to stop coming here as the AM drive through (assuming TFW) do not understand English and kept messing my order up. Also pretty rude to speak another language to other employees while you're at the window. All so McDonald's can make more money which is sad. I now go to the Windmill one where service is good.
