I wait for 5 mins to order then 12 mins to get my order which was insane .Coming to the order fries was so cold look like they pass stale fries ,salt was concentrated in one area .Wont go back ever to this location.most of fries r burned

Today there was a teenager working by himself with 2 giant skip the dishes orders to prep. The restaurant was almost half full. There was about 6 people in line. The printer on the self order machine wasn’t working so everyone had to ask him what their number was. He multi tasked like a champ, moved like a ninja, and kept his composure in a very busy atmosphere.You don’t see that often these days, especially being the only one working at that time.I hope he gets recognized for the hard work he puts in and the efficiency/customer service he offers as an employee.

ZERO STARS.Myself and colleague visited here yesterday, Mar 5th, we were not even greeted by the server. She seemed upset and just asked what we wanted..my colleague ordered a large hot chocolate. According to her, large hot chocolate is not available, so we suggested to ring in two small sizes and we'll take a large cup to pour it over. She said the system doesn't allow that, so we said we'll just take the two small, and this will solve the problem.She became agitated and told us not to argue with her. We were taken aback by her sudden outburst, unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. I know McDonald's does not promote this kind of behaviour towards customers. I started my management career with McDonald's.She then proceeded to the back of the kitchen and left us unattended, we wanted to order the muffin, and she refused to return. Then another employee came and we asked him for the manager to lodge a complaint. Guess what? ..turns out she's the manager. At this point, we couldn't help ourselves and burst out laughing. We were in disbelief! Then we were told that we would not be served and they're going to have us removed.McDonald's should review the google reviews. Clearly, there's a need for immediate changes with their staff at this location. READ the Complaints. I'm not the first to complain about this individual. I'm aware that there's a labour shortage, but is this what we have to accept from McDonald's now?? If this is a franchise, I urge the owner to take our complaints seriously. Unless, of course, one does not care and fosters the unprofessional culture their customers are experiencing at this Walmart Dartmouth location. Next time, we'll stick to Tim's, much better customer service.

Just had to wait 24 minutes for my food because they gave my mcchicken to someone who order the spicy one by accident. Even though all of the rest of my meal was ready at the time of doing that.

I came in thier to drop my resume couple of months back... I was desperate in need a job... And this indian girl... Was so rude when i ask about if you guys are hiring or not... There was a sign saying hiring and every reciept comes with a hiring logo... On top... I went back brought something out of the menu and told her she was not polite and i told her i came to say this because i am sure she is going to repeat that to the next person as well.. She is the manager and i dont see people being rude if tgere is an oppetunity or not just be polite...

Ordered my food and waited for 15-20 min. All the employees were having a good time over there chatting and having their own meal prepared for a combined break I guess. When I asked them if my order was ready they said that the order dint show up and will take only a minute to prepare. Got my refund though.. worst experience.. Never play with someone’s hunger.

Just don't go to this location, tried giving them a few chances but it's getting worse everytime. Plenty of other fast food locations in the area to chose from. People who work here just don't care about presentation or food quality and probably have no right working in a "restaurant" and it shows....

This place was so slow to make the food, out of stock on quarter pounders, the big macs were a mess. the restaurant was dirty, the drink machine was a mess, tables weren't clean. We should have gone to the big store instead.

Sometimes it will be very busy and they are limited staff but still the staff are very good at delivering the food very quickly
