Outstanding. We came here on a rainy day to enjoy some pho. Turns out they also have Chinese food and they do both really well. The restaurant is warm and comfortable and the food is really tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. In addition to the special Pho, I had a combo that included an egg roll, chicken, fried rice and honey garlic spare ribs. Sooooo good.

Updated review in 2024. Prices have gone up, understandable, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has dropped substantially since my last visit a year ago. It used to be one of my favourite places for good food and good value. I ordered my usual #15 tonight and it was missing peanuts, bean sprouts, green onion and the side sauce was sickly sweet, not the complex yummy flavour it used to be. I will go back once more in a few months to determine if this was just a bad night or if the quality has really gotten that bad. I can no longer recommend this place based on tonight's experience.

I got a recommendation by a friend to visit this Chinese restaurant and the recommended was on point.We ordered a combination of their most selling dishes and soups and everything was delicious.The soup bowl is enormous and rich.

My wife Kimberly has visited Pho Hoang Minh over 100 times and raves about it everytime. This was my first visit and I can say as a non-Pho person, this place is exceptional. The owner Kim is personable and a delight to talk to. I highly recommend #19!

Great little spot. Very fast service. Noting special in the decor and atmosphere but it’s clean and very good. The hot and sour soup is excellent. All the other bowls looked great. Spring rolls and other rolls were very good. They only take cash or debit so plan accordingly.

OMG. This used to be one of our favourite restaurants. Soooo disappointed! I had combo 9 tonight. Ginger beef was so over-fried and dried out that it wasn't able to be chewed. Gai ding had no almonds, and the chicken was dried out. Chicken fried rice was burned. Another person had lemon chicken - also over fried. Someone else's fried rice was also burned. I can't believe how it's gotten so bad. Hope Andy gets well! We miss him and the others who used to be there when the food was good.
