The worst Subway ever. There is one female worker who is incredibly rude and ignorant. You wait for 10 in the drive-thru before they even take your order. Don’t even bother asking for sauce because you won’t get it. You might as well bring your own. The management is no better. Literally will never be back here. If I were you, I would find a different Subway that actually makes proper subs, and has better staff.

Went there on sunday at 10:25-30 pm sandwich artist was unprofessional…. He was not even wrapping the sandwich properly… he didn’t even smile and took 5-10 mins to take order and took aditional 10 mins to make a sandwich… i asked him to grill my sandwich he said he cant because sauces will come out and ruin the griller …i always get it grilled at other subways and never got such answer …. When i unwrapped the sandwich almost everything was out on the paper which is very disgusting … a message to the owner there are alot of deserving people looking for jobs hire them instead

I see the issue I had today at 5:45pm on Sunday , March 26, 2023 isn't the first time this has happened to other customers. I have had good experiences at this location in the past with drive thru services of my 3 subs but as of today, I will not be spending my money here anymore. As the PAYING CUSTOMER, the male employee who is working the drive thru window DOES NOT have the right to tell/ask the customer to come inside and order the 3 subs ONLY I wanted ordered. No one else was in the drive thru and no one else was inside at the counter. Sheer laziness to do the job he was hired to do. I have my personal reasons as to why I couldn't go inside to order and being asked to go inside to do so, feels like I was a bit discriminated. I left and took my business elsewhere to another drive thru window. Nothing states I can't order 3 subs at the window, especially when there is no one else that is being served inside or outside at the time.

After letting the girl working know I had a few subs I was ordering for at the drive through, she put me on hold not knowing her mic wasn’t muted. She then proceeded to trash talk to her coworker about how I should just come in in an extremely annoyed and rude tone. I let her know her mic wasn’t muted, and that I was just returning from sledding with the kids in the snow who were now both a wet and cold. Which is why I chose to use the drive through that your location has instead of taking my wet and tired kids both out of their car seats and into the store. Extremely rude, unprofessional and just overall a garbage attitude to have. I understand work can be frustrating, but at least know enough to mute yourself before getting caught trying to be funny to your coworker to get through the day. Luckily there’s lots of subways around so you can avoid this one.
