Cleanliness = 0. The Subway motto might be "Eat Fresh" but overall feel of this location was anything but FRESH. Floors, counters and doors looked like they needed cleaning however it was when we were waiting for our sandwiches to be prepared that the reality really hit. The plexiglass screen was filthy - smeared on BOTH sides with fingerprints, dried food and crumbs, AND left over adhesive from previous display stickers. It was obvious that the glass hadn't been cleaned in weeks if possibly months. This wasn't normal mess one expects from daily operations but due to a lack of regular/daily cleaning and maintenance imposed by the franchise owner. I'm sure there were several #nshealthdept codes being violated.We took our sandwiches to eat out in the car, sanitized ourselves well and put our trust into hope that the food had been handled safely. #blindhopeWe won't be returning to this location.

The manager was extremely rude and service extremely poor, I had a breakfast combo and food was still frozen.tried to call and complain and the # is not even in service, got the owners number and no answer or answering service. This is the worst managed subway I've ever been in!!!!

Had an issue a few weeks ago with a new staff member working alone having no idea how to ring in my meal and was overcharhing me by 30%, had to show her my last receipt and she was still confused and it took over 10 min to pay. Went back to try this location again and there was a line all the way to the door and only 1 lady working, she was doing her best and was very apologetic that the other staff member was super late for work. It was more then 30 minutes to get a meal. You need to have more staff working.

If your staff are directed to tell people to stand away from the counter when ordering, then it makes no sense to have an employee bark those orders at someone while ordering. Then you’re within four inches of the counter to pay for your stuff, that logic doesn’t make sense. If your employee doesn’t feel comfortable put your barriers back up.

If you have staff who are uncomfortable working in phases 5, then you should at least accommodate them and their concerns.The staff was kind, but very aggressive with where customers are to stand and such.The manager has removed all safety barriers which obviously has made their employees uncomfortable at their work place.
I eat from here almost twice or thrice in a week.The guy working at this location do not know how to talk to customers. Never recommend this location to anyone.
