I recently had a disappointing experience at the establishment. The service was unprofessional with staff eating while serving. Despite a request for extra spinach on my sandwich, it was not added. Hygiene was a concern as there was no hair net worn, and when mentioned, the response was indifferent. I believe addressing these issues could enhance the overall customer experience.

This is my go to location, until now I haven’t had any issues. I’ve been going for 7+ years as i live in the area but they have recently got some new employees that like to make up new rules?I always get a foot long and split it in half so I can eat half now and half later. The new employees told me they were “doing me a favour” and that I would be charged for two separate 6inches at any other location? I have never had an issue doing this.It’s confusing because whether I ask them to split it there or I split it at home it’s the same thing. I’m still purchasing a footlong, I’m just getting no sauce on one side.I will be contacting the store supervisor as I’m now worried I’ll be double charged if that employee is ever working again. ??I called 3 other subway locations through Halifax/dartmouth and every single one told me they would charge me for a foot long and not two separate 6inches. I may need to change locations which is unfortunate.

We ordered on Uber eats. I would not normally take the time to review a fast food restaurant like subway, even when the food is bad. However in this case the bread was so CLEARLY old, dry and stale (the "skin" was literally hard and cracking all over), the fact that they still served it to us really illustrates that food quality is not something this location cares about. At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, we were honestly disgusted by what we received. Keep in mind, the sandwich in the photo of this review is not toasted, yet the bread became so stale sitting around all day it certainly appears to be.

I dropped in today I needed to use the bathroom. And was told by staff that I was not allowed to use it only if i bought something from the restaurant. I have bought lots there before but I will no longer be going there again..
