This place went downhill. Does not look sanitary at all. I watched a worker use a blue/black scrubber while cooking and leave it in dirty water order after order.

Terrible. Pad Thai was not real at all. It was a soupy sweet and sour sauce not spicy like I requested and not peanut butter sauce like real pad Thai. Disgusting and expensive. Won’t try again. All south Asian workers, so not surprised no one knew Thai food. My bad to expect anything better at a food court I suppose.

Edited to add: this store clearly doesn't care about their customer feedback. Do better.There was 2 pieces of chicken, and no sauce in my pad thai. Just unseasoned noodles.
Currently waiting for 2 orders of pad Thai, and the customer that ordered after me was served before me. Then the next customer to order was literally given their food for free by the owner....

I came here maybe few days ago…..I asked for number 4 and I told them to make it spicy but I had it …..it taste like sugar ……i waste all of my money….it cost around 17$ to me ……I never eat to Thai express because of my bad experience.
