Online stated it was open at 5am for drive through and in store. I walked over at 445 for teas as I was unable to sleep due to a sore throat. After arriving at just after 5am and waiting for 10 minutes, an employee came to the door and stated that the posted time was incorrect and they’ve been waiting months for it to be corrected, despite it being verified 2 months ago. Refused all forms of service and claimed that another employee recently got in trouble from management for doing similar. Very frustrated with this experience and the seeming inconsistency in policies. If an employee was chastised for providing service like the employee claimed to me; there is some serious mismanagement happening at this location

Actually I went to another Tim Horton they made wrong tea two time.No worries I can understand mistake happens . Then i went to this location for replacement but second time staff(Pavan)(I am not sure about her name)said “ we can’t do it every day, you have to go back to previous location for replacement.it is the Tim HortonS POLICY ” then she(Pavan) changed me for tea again.In nutshell it was really bad experience and especially the staff(pavan) she is really rude.She pretends I am doing this on purpose. But I have my banking statement to prove my side.I hope I will get justice for this and Tim Horton should train their staff in order to know customer value.I am really really disappointed today she ruined my day.

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff there are the slowest, they have no order accuracy and everyone there is so impatient, Like calm down we know your going to take 5 minutes to do a 1 minute job.So the place is always packed there's nowhere to sit and it's loud as hell, it wouldn't be so bad if the line wasn't out the damn door.

Service was great, friendly staff. My Bacon Farmers Wrap was wrong, had sausage and no bacon. And the hashbrown I had on the side was soggy, not crispy at all. The wrap tortilla itself was sticking to the paper.
