Changed their menu no longer carrying soup. Not worth going there anymore. Clerks are not attentive in orders to busy talking to each other in their language...we don't know if they are talking about us. They do not fill the hit drinks to the fill line anymore.

A lrg black dark roast with espresso. How does one hand a customer the complete wrong drink and argue about it at the drive through window about what you ordered. Like if it was a cream or a shot of sugar I could understand but a large steeped tea with cream and sugar.

I walk in, I go to the counter, I ask for a drink, the person comes back a minute later with the drink, I say thank you, go to a table and sit down to drink. I doesn't matter what drink it is they all taste the same which ever location you go to. Nothing new about the experience, same old, same, same old.

The staff at this restaurant are the tops!! They are so hard working and kind. You can truly see how they are all working together as a team. Love this. I stop in at least once or twice a week and they are always a pleasure to have serve me. Keep up the great work you all are doing. It is noticed and appreciated. I couldn't do the hard work you all do!

Horrible service. Wait in drive thru line to get to the window for them to tell you that their systems are down and that they could take an order Inside . If I wanted to place an order Inside I would have . There should have been a sign up at the start of the drive thru entrance to avoid anyone from going thru if that was the case . Completely wasted my entire lunch half hour with this nonsense . Will take my business else where from now on .

Last time I went there this was what was given to me as a breakfast sandwich. I know that Tim’s is a low bar for what is good, but this really lowered it further. This was drive through on a slow day, I was the only car in line. Don’t waste your time here, I even contacted the QA line and they didn’t seem to care either.*Leaving a follow up since I can't respond to the bot copy paste below.*Follow up*, outside the generic copy paste I see that they're putting in the comments to count as "responded to complaints" I contacted on them on January 8 and 9, where I was told by a Q.T. and Vicki that exact line. That Tim Hortons takes this seriously (they don't), that they'll make it right (they won't), and that the owner of the local will reach out (they didn't). Tim's does not care. The best this "food" has going for it is that you usually can eat in the car on the go,there is no quality, pride, or good food from Tim's anymore, just fake, faceless and sad memories of being the Canadian thing.
