First, the employee was convinced a caramel ice capp didn’t exist. Second, I get home and open my food… my farmers sandwich is dry as bones; no sauce at all. Very disappointing, it’s always something when I go here.

after waiting for my grilled cheese for nearly 10 minutes, it was handed to me cold and the cheese inside wasn’t even melted. i ended up throwing it out because it was disgusting. for a nearly $10 sandwich, this is poor quality.

Service is ok, very polite. But over the last 2 months, I have had a 50% chance of my order being wrong. Have gotten tea instead of coffee, and several times my drink is just wrong, ( I don’t go back because it’s usually after I get to work I find out it’s wrong). I have ordered breakfast sausage on biscuits, on week I kept not getting the egg, the next week it was missing the sausage. And just recently it was missing the cheese.Anyway, I get the odd mishap, we’re human. But it’s been getting really bad here.

Purchased an Iced Medium Pumpkin Spiced Latte, at your drive thru today. When I tried it the Latte tasted like burnt coffee with no spice in it. I drank about half of it but decided I couldn't stomach it. I turned around and brought it back, to your location, about 20 minutes later. The shift manager stated since I only brought half of it back, she could not give me a new one. She said this was their policy. Really? I paid $4+ for an absolutely horrible product. I was so put off by this that I stopped into 159 Main St. Tim's drive thru and told them my experience I had at 646 Main St. Tim's and they apologized and made me a new one, at no charge, and it tasted great. Your site has very poor customer service, with regards to inferior product sales.

This is by far the best Tim's Drive thru, I will go there most mornings before i drop my daughter off at Daycare, and everything is always right and is so fresh! The staff there are amazing and so nice! Great Job Everyone!

Outsides today I have actually been happy with here but the lady who seems to be a manager there was incredibly hostile and made me cry. I got a bit frustrated and she screamed at me to calm down i did apologize but I don't feel her behaviour was acceptable she was far louder than i was and she told me it was my fault. Telling a person to calm down never sloves anything but its also never okay to scream just to excert power. If i was politely told things it would have been a lot more rational. This lady should be spoken to about her behaviour and she probably shouldn't be a manager or supervisor when she is a bully!
