I gave 3 star service only because there is one person working there I always deal with and she is a delight very pleasant will definitely get her name next time and put a good note in to the manager. Everyone else needs to work on team building heard a few times this lady ask her coworker to make a medium reg n they just refused so I had to wait about 10 min for her to finish making the food for someone before she got to my coffee. Meanwhile you can see 3 or 4 of them talking in the alcove by the drive thru window. Food was 4 star only because again this one girl made my coffee n she makes it really good. Normally it tastes burnt n the cups a mess. Management needs to step up here.

Went there yesterday, walked in and this store was so dirty (not busy) about 6 people in restaurant. The floors were flithy as were the tables. Ordered my coffee and was going to drink at a table and had to ask for a cloth to wipe off only to be told "we don't have a cloth, I'll give you napkins". The food prep area was also very dirty. Will avoid going forward. Left and had coffee in vehicle!!

The restaurant is nice lol but I’m so over paying outrageous prices for stuff and not getting what I’m paying for. I spend 5.40 daily on cold brews, and I’m gonna have to start making my own at home because it went from being very consistent you the most inconsistent thing I’ve ever seen in my life! And today takes the cake. I went to go take a swig out of my hazelnut cold brew, and it was either the cream or the espresso foam that was completely curdled. I’m gonna have to start making my own at home because it went from being very consistent to the most inconsistent thing I’ve ever seen in my life! I’m also confused why I have to explain what curdled cream is to the staff lol it’s all a joke at this point except you guys love taking my money and giving me less than quality stuff and the best part is I got a refund and then I still needed a coffee because I’m exhausted and they had the nerve to charge me for the coffee. You would think after giving me curdled coffee, which is likely going to make me puke at some point I could’ve at least got my small coffee for free ??

Probably one of the worst Tim’s I’ve been through. The had 7 people working and only one of those people focused on counter. My food was made incorrectly so instead of the normal 10 minutes It took 25 for an ice cap and French vanilla . Ridiculous.

Came in to order drinks for my team that work nearby, the girl that served me was not friendly, no hello, no smile just "what can I get for you".I gave my order then tried to ask for my receipt twice but couldn't get a word in as she was talking with her coworkers. I paid in cash and she didn't wash her hands before starting the drinks, she marked a drink wrong as well. I come here often and usually great service and clean environment but today was not good.

Did not eat,just in for drinks. It's a lovely Time Hortons. Very clean,was not busy when we were there with a group of people. Very clean! Nice, kind service! Not my first time and it's always been a pleasure to get a tea or coffee here and sit inside.Parking: Large lot with ♿ parking.Kid-friendliness: Very clean and a nice environment for children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a low curb,and door buttons and ♿ bathrooms.
