I wait in drive through for ten minutes for them to not give me the chocolate glazed donut I ordered.Since the new owners took over they now water down their glaze and the donuts taste horrible. I should have just skipped the donut all together.

I just got fed up. They always run ou of main items (Bagels, forget about cookies, no muffin).Pre-close the store at 8PM. Absolutely no manners except two employees that are super awesome.I’m not going to Starbucks. This is one of the worst location in HRM.Whoever is managing there needs to give their head a shake

Super disappointed 8pm and there's no timbits at all. Only 2 kinds of muffins and 2 kinds of donuts. Asked if they were closing soon she said yes only to find out they're still open for 2 hours. Already cleaning the grills so I assume a wrap is out of the question. At 8pm there should be lots of choices left.

I had a bad experience with employees and food. Date:- 26/01/2024. I ordered 2 cold coffee one with extra cream and base and other one is regular but the girl who took my order or made it she didn’t even noticed what she did with my coffees. I don’t know why she gave me that kind of attitude even she don’t know how serve people with some gratitude’s. Even They served burned rice us. When I complained about the order first she ignored me then I go to other girl and she call her to handle complaint. I explained her I have a problem with food but that time she gave me bad expressions. That’s not good customer service. I think she was shift manager. She wear a mask . It’s a humble request to their manager or general manager please teach them how to serve people with respect and dignity not with attitude.

They have such amazing service and delicious products. I love their coffee and donuts! The staff is always friendly and welcoming.It's definitely my go-to place for a quick pick-me-up. Well, Prabal is absolutely amazing. She always provide excellent service with a smile. Whether it's brewing the perfect cup of coffee or serving up delicious donuts, Prabal goes above and beyond. She truly make the Tim Hortons experience even more special.
