My sister and I ordered from the Vines Fusion Saturday, April 13, 2024. We get together and order from a nice restaurant once a month trying all kinds of great restaurants around HRM. We ordered through Uber and the delivery timeline was bang on as usual. We unpacked the meal and what a disappointment. It was about $100 with Uber fees and we got a seafood linguine each and a side Caesar salad and another side to share. The seafood linguine menu description was mussels, salmon, shrimp and Scallops. We all know to expect a few bites of each seafood but, we only got the shrimp and scallops. Not a single piece I’m of salmon or not one single muscle. And each dish only got 4 shrimp and 2 scollops. They must have been out of linguine because it was spaghetti. Though the salad was small and had mostly stalk, it was good, how can you go wrong with the dressing. I would have preferred the linguine over spaghetti but it was still good. We didn’t let it ruin our night but it was a bit disappointing. we feel a bit taken advantage off and ripped off.
We called and they said to call Uber. Weren’t interested in the feedback at all.

Tried a few indian dishes and they all sucked. No flavor, small portions and expensive. One of the worst indian foods I've had. Threw away half the food. The nan was bad. The wilted lettuce Cesar salad just sucked.Save your time and money and avoid this dumpster fire.

We just had our first meal here and it was delicious!! Excellent service too. We will definitely be back and will be telling ours friends about it.
Lights were too bright to create any ambience. We had booked on Open Table and they didn't have it recorded in their onsite reservation's book. They said they closed in 20min but were still nice enough to allow us to time. Appetizers were delicious but main entree were just okay. Our dishes and wine were brought to us staggered, not together so one of us had wine but other didn't until 10 min later... same for appetizers. It was valentines days so really missed the mark.

A special evening out for 4 of us. The food was delicious. The service was a bit slow, but ok. We would have preferred our used plates to be removed between courses. Waiter was friendly and informative of menu.

We love this restaurant. It's always been our “go to” since our first date when it was “LaPerla” 35 years ago. There was a bit of a noisy table behind us behind us this last evening and we like to go there because it's generally quiet. Things did settle down and the food( which is always great) and Jorge's excellent service more than made up for it!

Eclectic. The service is excellent, but, not sure Indian and Italian fuse very well. As the owner says, you gotta try! One day you’ll find the perfect dish. The straight Italian and Indian dishes are fine.

We waited 32 minutes for drinks. There were only 3 other tables of 2 there. The server kept forgetting to come back to us. They were out of several things claiming the menu was outdated the bills were all wrong

Its was a Tuesday night so not very busy.. Great service, all three courses were excellent. Couldn't eat it all. The decor was minimalist and open so it might get a bit loud if it was busy but we did notice a nice more secluded room in the back. We'll be taking our dinner club there soon!
Everything was great, except the owner... It was nice he came over to intruduce himself but stayed at our table for to long to chat. The conversation got awkward, this happened last time we were there as well. Our waitress was absolutely amazing!!

Brought my parents for dinner and we all ordered Italian. Food wasn't good but not great, the Indian we had in the summer was much better. Unfortunately the whole meal was tarnished by the fact that they left the door open in December and refused to let us move leading to needing to eat in our winter coats. Will definitely not return nor recommend the restaurant in the winter given the discomfort. The owner reached out after our meal seeking to make everything right. Revising to 5 stars to better reflect our previous experiences.

Three of us dined in with a shared bottle of wine.Have visited twice before but after last night will not be returning. The chicken biryani was dry and tasted old.Coconut curry chicken was alright but disappointing after reading previous reviews that raved about it.The third dish of lamb shank was more appropriate for a dog.A large bone with minimal meat-mostly gristle.Lastly, the loud conversation between server and ?boss/owner/manager regarding money and making rent was very inappropriate....

I have been to your restaurant several times. I have tried different items on the menu. Never have I been disappoint with anything. My company from New Brunswick had requested we go there again. Your restaurant is my go to restaurant when I have company and want to take them out for a delicious meal.

Have enjoyed several amazing dishes here and great service every time! This is my new favorite restaurant! Service is always friendly, restaurant is well maintained and clean, and it offers great views of the water. Conveniently located right across from the ferry as well. For an Indian dishes, give the Basil Coconut Chicken (mild) or Lamb Rogan Josh (spicy) a try. Start with some Onion Pakoras and perfectly balanced mint chutney. The flavors are magic! For Italian dishes, try the Ginger Scallop Linguini for a fantastic seafood option or Chicken Basil Penne for amazing comfort food. And don't forget a side Caesar Salad! The in-house dressing is award winning for a reason!
