Had a chili and frosty wasn't overly impressed with the chili Tims chili is far meatier and same size for the same price. Frosty was fine service was good restaurant was clean.

Parking lot was clear after a snowy night. Staff were friendly, and got my order right.My son says the spicy chicken burger was actually spicy which made him very happy. And the baconator is always my go too!
I normally love Wendy's, but I got a Cob salad the other day and I've been extremely sick to my stomach since then. Went through the drive thru, when I got home the salad container was open and the salad had started to fall into the paper bag. Not sure if that had anything to do with my sickness, but why was the container open in the first place?? Would have been a red flag not to eat it, and I wish I hadn't. So many great experiences at Wendy's in the past, normally LOVE their salads. But be aware!

Anyone saying service was friendly food was great is straight out lying in these comments, the Indians working here are rude, ignorant and lack basic skills of customer service, I don't know who is hiring these people but they don't listen or understand you half the time, and just talk in their language to eachother and laugh right infront of you like you're not even there at all. Wendy's really down and out with their options on who they hire, it's like there finding these people at value village

Went to the drive thru one night with my misses, ordered a baconator and poutine, the misses ordered a bbq cheeseburger and a poutine. I asked for no mayo and add lettuce and onions on my burger. The order screen confirmed it. When I got home my baconator had onions and lettuce, but was given pickles instead of bacon.I complained through the survey and the manager reached out to me to give me two free meal tickets to give their location another shot, and I did. My misses went and picked up the order one day when she was out, ordered it the exact same way as before and when she got it home, it once again had no bacon.Very disappointed that people can’t even figure out that baconators are meant to have bacon on them.

Food was hot, however the service was very slow. The other issue is the cost, for a double cheese burger combo, and a single burger it costs the better part of $30.00.To feed lunch for 2 people. I can buy a large pizza for under $30.00 and feed 4 people. It's gettingbto the point fast food burger places are pricing themselves out of the market. I can buy fast food chicken to feed 4 people for $30.00

I’m not able to share the video I made but I’m willing to share it… not sure what they use to clean the floors there but my boyfriend and I both just wiped out. I spilled my food everywhere and my boyfriend twisted his knee LMAO. I went up to the cash and let them know that their floors are absolutely a danger hazard ( many other patrons witnessed what happened) . Barely even got an apology and of course I had to ask for new food that I spilled everywhere because of them are using whatever they use for their floor cleaner I’m not overly surprised that I had to ask because customer service sucks everywhere but seriously you guys are going to catch a lawsuit soon. There was a man trying to get through the restaurant who had a cane and I told him he needed to go the other way so he wouldn’t slip and fall but The whole restaurant is a death trap.
