Was literally only the second customer this morning when they opened, and they somehow STILL managed to give me the wrong food. Ordered 2 bacon egg and swiss sandwiches. Get sausage and egg, no bacon, not even swiss on them.I'm just going to start performing chargebacks with my bank whenever this happens to get my money back. Called to ask for my money back or to get put in the book, like they used to do but instead"oh we can send you some coupons in the mail"How about you refund me or correct my damn order? instead I have to drive back there, wasting my time and gas, to get my money back for an order that should of been right in the first place.Absolutely the worst Wendy's in HRM, which is weird, considering the SAME GUY owns ALL of them.

This Wendy's on Forrest Hills has been our go-to for years! The drive thru is the fastest I've ever seen, and they rarely mess up my order (once they gave me the wrong pop, but I was able to swap with someone else in my family). The food is always hot and delicious. We never go to McDonald's anymore because this Wendy's is close to our house and never disappoints.Vegetarian options: They have great salads and baked potatoesDietary restrictions: The Chilli, baked potato and their taco salad is GF (I know these for sure because my wife orders them).Parking: Always close parking aroundKid-friendliness: My kid loves their chicken nugget mealsWheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance and big 2 wheel chair accessible doors.
Well just had the worst double burger. It so dry even my dog wouldn’t eat it.( I didn’t either. Very expensive Uber burger) Too bad, as I live Wendy’s and as a family we eat there a lot. Now to find something else to eat.

Food was great, but my breakfast sausage wrap looked like it thrown together. The wrap was tore open, sauce leaking out at the center. Rewrapped it some with the paper.

Staff really need to learn how to deal with their customers. A simple question about the pricing and the way they deal with you is absolutely unprofessional, esp. the guy who said he is the manager!!!
