Food and service is good, but online orders seem to be handled messily sometimes (could be fault of app developpers or CEO decisions). Also, parking is ok but the drivethru line can stretch out into SS / Walmart parking lot driveway and even to the intersection on the road. Please ask this establishment owner to fix this as it is a hazzard, not to mention the entrance to Tim Hortons gets blocked this way and people drive out onto the grass to get in.
Being from the States, we had to try this Canadian icon once on our trip. The service was quick and genuinely friendly, the sandwiches were tasty and fresh, and the coffee really surprised us. Best coffee we had on the entire trip

Good service. Good food. We were whalewatching, and stopped on way home. When I got home on the south shore, I realized I had left my handknit wool cardigan from Ireland, favorite sweater, on back of a chair. Phoned Crystal, the manager. She had the sweater! She offered to send it to me free of charge! I could hardly believe my ears. She even left a message when it was sent. It has arrived safe and sound. Talk about going above and beyond duty.
