I have had burgers all over this country. Everywhere I go, I try the burgers to find the best ones. The sandbar has the best burgers I have ever had hands down. No other establishment compares to their burgers. Would highly recommend and will be returning every time I go to Nova Scotia.

We were there today at opening and were waited on by Dylan. What an amazing server . He is an asset to your business. It’s been a long time since we had service like this. Probably the best service I’ve ever had to be honest ! He actually made us feel like he knew us, and was so personable and friendly ! We didn’t want to leave lol. The food was awesome as usual, but Dylan was 5 stars! ⭐️

Had a lovely family dinner here tonight! Our waiter, Dylan, was fantastic! Speedy service, delicious food, and great price! Bathrooms were clean. Dining area was spacious and had lots of seating available.
We will definitely be back for more delicious meals!

Our server was absolutely fantastic! I didn't catch his name though. He recommended the cranberry chicken wrap with the tomato soup and I canNOT recommend it highly enough!! Best tomato soup on the island!!

We've lived in CB for almost two years ago but I only recently went to the Sandbar for the first time. Best food we've had in the Sydney area. We went for the second time tonight. Looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Food was amazing. We had a smash burger and tacos. Both were great! Beer was cold and waitress was friendly! Great atmosphere and nice patio...would recommend it to everyone.

Sent the food back.. it was terrible. I liked the renos they did but food was expensive. $2.99 for a cup of gravy and $9 for a local beer. Also my kid got very sick(not the flu) after eating there, not sure if it's connected.

Perfect food, lovely server, great patio. They let us bring our 2 dogs onto the patio, which the dogs enjoyed immensely. The server provided super prompt, accurate service.The eggs were hot, toast and bacon were perfect, with tasty little potatoes. He kept us topped up with water and coffee.Great little spotDietary restrictions: One of us has a gluten intolerance and our server knew exactly what was a no-go and provided substitutions she was very happy with (a gluten-free bun instead of toast, and a fruit cup instead of the potatoes).

Great pub fare. Menu is large enough and array of options - anyone could eat here. Service was quick and friendly, provided great recommendations. We had the peanut butter bacon smash burger and the Buffalo chicken sandwich made in a wrap. The tomato soup is a large serving for a side but tasted fresh and homemade. The outdoor seating is great in the summertime to enjoy a drink and a meal! I will be back!
