I am beyond angry with Steve, the owner of the Fall River Tim Hortons. How he has managed to make a go of his business is a mystery. He seems to have no understanding of scheduling; he either consistently over schedules his employees where he then brow beats a young person into volunteering to go home without pay, or he under staffs so that people have to wait forever for their order. We will no longer be frequenting this Tim Hortons and I encourage other people to do the same. If I could give zero stars I would.

It's OK sometimes! I hate when I ask for a sausage breakfest sandwich here only to find out when I get home they gave me the bacon one with uncooked bacon. Unfortunately this Tims needs to cook their bacon fully and not just half way if that. Threw out over half the bacon as usual. This happenes every now and then with my breakfest sandwich order. Also in the mornings they screw up my drink here and there. 1 sugar ends up being 1/4 sugar for some reason? They must be hitting the wrong size? Don't have this problem when I order later in the day. Also I don't care for the snippy short lady with the glasses who works in the mornings during the week. I find her saucy sometimes.

Went inside because drive through was too long. Waited on by a female trainee (Lydia) and a young blonde gentleman. They were so polite, and he helped her finding buttons on the POS. Was nice to see them work as a team, and my order was correct!!I know it's not a lot, but I believe positive feedback is important!! Great job guys!!

The worst location, hands down. Slow, incorrect order and offered a "sorry we get busy at lunchtime". I know that. I watched nine cars pull out of line because they waited SO long. If you know you get busy at certain times, be prepared. Yes, I know what I'm talking about. I worked in the business for 24 years.
