The employees are lacking intelligence also she don’t know how to behave with someone who is looking for job and came all the way from Halifax by a ride and I can’t write her expressions but I was too rude. I want to drop my resume but she just rejected, I think they have to learn how to respect someone’s efforts and don’t need to mentally harass and demotivate.

Today I visit the store for dropping my resume am looking for job an indian girls waring glasses she behave very rude to me when i ask for manager she said she is not here what ever you want to ask ask to me and when i ask for drop my resume she rejected i and i ask is any chances in further for hiring she said I don’t know all in one she speak very bed to me very disappointed ☹️ its your right to accept resume either you are hiring or no jst speak to customer in polite way don’t need to harrass some onePlease teach your employees how to treat with someone ?

My dad goes here alot and comments how they don't smile or say your welcome. I just went through drive thru to see for myself. The food is fine but it's true the service in the younger staff is severely lacking. I worked fast food growing up... The lack of manners is ridiculous. It's a huge part of your job, to be friendly. You have to remember the food is expensive when we eat out. Serve with a smile :)

The employees are lacking intelligence. I brought back a basket of fries because it was half empty.Instead of just putting more fries in it... they threw them all out and made me wait another 5 mins. Why throw out all those fries instead of just filling the basket? What a waste

We were disappointed when we received our order that the staff did not make it the way we ordered it . Not worth the us getting to upset about it was only two banana splits .We understand the workers are doing the best they and do not blame them . i guess that is world we live in now but our choice the next time will be some place else . It's a fast food chain, there isn't much to say that people don't already know.It had a facelift not too long ago on the outside.Staff seem nice.It's always looked clean inside and I haven't seen rowdy customers there.We buy a few ice cream cakes there a year and we have always enjoyed them.

I'm not trying to be "that guy" but if you cannot speak English regardless of where your from you should not be on drive thru whatsoever. Honestly how do you guys think that is a good idea? The wait time is atleast 10-15min+. then on top of that it's never correct because there is clearly a language barrier. Atleast pretend to care, cmon.

Went through the drive thru tonight for Blizzards. Received the wrong Blizzards because the girl couldn't understand English! Please, don't misunderstand...I do not have any issues with foreigners living or working in Canada! Canada is a country that welcomes everyone! But if your English is poor you should not be working the drive thru! We did not know our order was incorrect until we got home and we certainly were not going to drive all the way back to DQ! Now I've just wasted $10.00!

This place is terrible. On a long road trip and we pull off the highway for some DQ. The sunset swirl thing is extremely syrupy, it tastes nasty. Also you can’t even see the different colors. There’s no red and orange swirls, it’s just one blah color. We also got a vanilla soft serve with sprinkles. There were like 2 (hyperbole) sprinkles. We watched through the drive-through window as the guy took a single spoonful of sprinkles and poured those over the ice cream. It was pathetic. Extremely underwhelming and a waste of time and money.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Would give 0 stars, if I could. Went through the drive thru, they got our order wrong, when we asked them to correct it, we got the nastiest attitude in return; she even closed the window while we were still talking to her.So upset by the experience we asked for a refund instead. Paid by credit card and they gave us cash back, asked for the refund to be given by the original method of payment and her response was “we don’t do that”, are you serious? Definitely will not return.

The incompetence at this location is sickening a woman come in orders a sundae the girl puts nuts in it the woman said I'm allergic and she just dumps it out and proceeded to make it in the same cup people can have a searous reaction to this and the woman didn't care at all and acted absolutely rude too both of us when we addressed her about it and today in the drive throught the blond girl was absolutely rude didn't say a word just held the debit machine out the window and glared at us and the food was cold and absolutely nasty please hire better staff before they get u sued
