Brought some out of town business guests here for dinner. Great place for them to get to as they were staying downtown. Atmosphere was bright, service was very good and the food was outstanding. I had the 2024 Burger Bash special - a Donair Smashburger with honey drizzled onion rings. My guests had the old fashioned burgers with fries. All were amazing, I mean just look at the pic I posted and tell me you can't taste those onion rings! And get the biscuits! Will see you again soon!

So far one of the better dining establishments discovered in Halifax. Welcoming ambiance, full bar & tasty locally designed menu creations.
My best friend and I loved our meals. We both enjoyed a glass of wine, appetizers of Cheeseboard Toastie and Buttermilk Biscuits with whipped molasses butter. Both very delicious. The butter melted into the warm Biscuits perfectly and every ingredient from the thinly sliced apple, spiced pecans to the radish sprouts had its place on the brie covered focaccia. Our mains were just as delicious. The Scallop and Pork Belly and Herb & Garlic Roasted Chicken didn't disappoint. The only thing missing was a piece of bread on the side to enjoy the sauce of the Herb & Garlic Roasted Chicken.

Really enjoyed our pre theatre experience. Enjoyed a nice glass of Pinot Grigio and loved our meals. Great input from our waiter helped me choose a small vegetable quinoa salad and the spicy SP&C! So good!!! The feature burger with fries (so good!) was really enjoyed by my friend. Only issue was we found it a bit cool in the restaurant. Will be back!Vegetarian options: Would like another veggie option please

Burgers are excellent but $23 is a bit steep. Fries pedestrian. Carrot cake dessert very poor. You can get comparable at Sobeys. Service was very good.
