Basically the burger, fries and ice cream were good and tasty. Cola is so-so. My wife said it was normal, but to me in other places it is less neutral (drinks with zero calories and zero sugar have a similar taste), and more tasty. The prices are the same as in other fast foods... so I can't say anything bad or good. Just fine. The workers were friendly and orders were done quickly.The place itself looks cozy, no frills, but it’s quite pleasant to be inside....But what was really bad, is the condition of the toilet. The urinal was clogged, the toilet in cabin had a lot of paper inside. This was the first time during my month in Canada that I saw something like that while visiting different places like cafes, restaurants and fast food.Parking: Many places of a big shopping zoneKid-friendliness: Well, as all fast-food places this one should be the same in this thing too.

Ants crawling on the toilets, a toilet paper dispenser tacked to the hole in the wall where there should be a paper towel dispenser, and the line up for the is front blocked off for a massive drip in the ceiling. Would not trust the kitchen to be up to standards if the front end is openly in that kind of disrepair.

In the last couple years the staff have improved substantially. Mind you they are different staff members than I remember.It’s still Burger King. I’d give a 5 for food but they don’t seem to know how to cook eggs with their classic breakfast unless they are “over hard”.
Worst customer service by Night staff needs training. I placed a mobile order from home and when I arrived there they told me that they need 15 minutes for the order. I said ok and waited for 15 minutes and when I went there again to get my order they said cancel the order we are out of veggie burger. Is this a joke..? They keep me waiting for 15 minutes for no cause….. I think the owner is not concerned for his business that’s why he has given such liberties to these fools. I will never visit this place again and also never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service I order just poutine and coke for almost $23 and I also instructions but they didn’t follow that there no gravy nothing in it worst experience feel like I wasted my money and didn’t had anything all night. I was starving at that time and I had to work next early morning. Worst experience.

Messed up my order. Filled up the poutine with half the fries and no fork. The manager offer "we can replace your poutine". So I have to drive back there and you won't even offer me a meal replacement. Unbelievable this manager is so unprofessional. I'm going to write a email to head office!

I ordered a Double cheeseburger with only mustard add onion they were sure to charge $0.50 for the onion and threw everything else on the burger even though it was a special order ? the Chicken Fries box was so small 4 small chicken fingers the size of fries plus the whole box and the poutine were cold. Called the store 28 times but they don’t answer. This isn’t the first time they messed up the order and don’t answer the phone. $20 just to feed the dog. Don’t worry I threw the onion rings in the garbage as it’s not safe for dogs. Will be calling back another 28 times until I am off work and then I will be going in personally to speak to someone cause this isn’t the first time they messed up the same burger. Not happy. Can’t even fill out their review for a free whopper cause they ripped off the top and I don’t have the store number. Way to go to lose my weekly business plus I ain’t taking my friends there so you lost all our service as I am the driver.
