About once a month I get takeout from here and it’s usually good but every now and then it’s not. Last night was the absolute worst Chinese food I’ve had in my life. The meal was cold and the rice was like swallowing glass it was so dry and hard. Chicken balls were huge but were 80% batter and also cold. Not sure if I could order food from Chinatown again!

This restaurant blamed the bad service attitude on the customer, and lied that we had yelled at the waitress rudely. Please check the camera if you have one. See if we only said a few thank you to the waitress who rolled her eyes at us when we got in and then threw the menu on the table without saying a word. And only showed up to throw a few dishes on the table. The funniest part is the owner use the heavy snow as an excuse for the bad attitude of their staff. Did we force you to open? If The snow will affect the mood of your staff, Please close the place every time when it comes a bad weather. After all, we pay whether it is a good or bad weather. Lastly, hope not seeing you open during the next snow day, otherwise your staffs will be upset again btw, the pork we ordered was smelly that we couldn't eat. looking forward to your reply. This restaurant is located gorgeously along the water, is spacious, the menu has a large variety to offer, and the people work hard. You can tell that an immense amount of effort and care goes into this restaurant. If you’ve never put yourself in the shoes of the people working in establishments like this, YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO RESTAURANTS. Money is one thing but kindness and respect go a long way. Everyone is trying to do their best. It is disheartening when people visit this place once and decide that it is “horrible” over this that or the other thing.

I went to eat with my friends today. Before I went the restaurant, I confirmed with them that they were open for dine-in and decided to eat at their home. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we saw a round-faced waiter rolling her eyes at us. We felt baffled. When she got to our seats, before we could sit down, she threw the menu and pen on the table, turned around and left. Yes, she just threw it on the table. I never expected to see such poor service attitude in Hafa. And she didn't say a word the whole time, and was very rude and rude to her work attitude. I was lucky enough to experience the worst service during the blizzard??Before going to the restaurant, I called to ask if it was open. After confirming that the restaurant was open, we went to eat, but we arrived at the restaurant! From being seated at the door to paying the bill after eating! The only waitress served with an extremely troubled attitude, as if we owed her a lot of money??I just want to say that if you don't want to go to work that day, you can ask for leave. Don't let the bad mood of having to work on a snowy day affect the customers. I feel like ?It’s just a 1-star garbage service. The food is delicious. I hope I won’t meet this guy again in the future.Kid-friendliness: It’s easy for the waitress to look down at her when her kids are gone.

I had literally one of the worst experiences in the restaurant. The moment I entered the lady looked at me from top to bottom, asked for my id and told me to order something with liquor as she can’t serve it on it’s own. I ordered starter with a beer. She denied to serve me beer and asked me to order a full meal as that’s what their safety inspector told them. She was very racist and asked me to complain to nova scotia liquor. One of the worst customer service experience. If you are not from her community, please do not visit the restaurant. Would give her negative stars if that was in the option.
