I booked a reservation this evening with a friend, and let me indicate that our server Keirsten was fabulous.Keirsten attended to our every need. She was pleasant, engaging, polite, and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated.In my opinion, Keirsten is a credit to Chops, and a distinct pleasure to have as a server.Also, I would be remiss if I didn't offer the same comments to the manager and my friend, Jeremy. Jeremy always greets us with a warm smile and a superb deportment. Went out for dinner tonight at Chop with my wife and kids. My prime rib was amazing. The appetizers, equally amazing. My wife's rib eye, not so much, it was very tough. We aren't new to chop, and she always orders rib rye medium well, though this time just medium, and you'd think it'd be even more tender but it was very chewy and tough.It was the first time she didn't finish her steak.. the waitress was very attentive at the beginning, until she brought our entrees, saying she'd be back in a minute to check up on us, but did not once check in until i was finished or to fill waters which were empty. We left thirsty. She walked by several times to serve other tables but did not stop in. I understand they were very busy but it's still not an excuse not to check in atleast once after entrees were served, it would've been appreciated if she could've gotten someone else to check on us if she were so busy or had told us while she was beside our table that she'd be with us in a minute.. my wife could've gotten her steak remade and we could've been eating together, but I was already finished by the time she finally came by and my wife could tell her about the steak.. she did bring a manager and they offered to remake it or take it off the bill, my wife chose to remove it from the bill as i was already finished and it was getting late. I felt awful my wife didn't leave full, she loves and raves on about chop and this was disappointing.Servers need to check in after entrees are served to ensure everything's okay.. not checking in once is unnaceptable, again I know there were other big parties and it was quite busy, and I'm sure they did well tonight, but when we come to chop we do spend a fair amount as well, and our small party of 4 deserves the same attentiveness and service as a big party.

Had an incredible experience at Chop Steakhouse! The ambiance was perfect, and the food was superb. The highlight of the evening was definitely the amazing bartender, Brittany, who crafted the most delicious cocktails and provided the best service. Looking forward to visit again.
Went to Chop's tonight to celebrate our 54th anniversary. This was our 6th visit to this location. Had an enjoyable supper and great service. Nice to meet up again with Jeremy who surprised us with an anniversary dessert. We certainly appreciated his gesture
