I am so mad that the chicken strips are now nuggets. How small can they go and still charge more and more.My fries looks as if they had already had half eaten. I came in not expecting much, but this place was great! Better than MD, BK, and FG. Loved the food (I didn’t try cakes), the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable.The only downsides: there are not many locations in Halifax, and the decor is a bit old-fashioned - still, it is not a problem from the cleanliness side.It is definitely worth a try ?

Hello I am a your local restaurant guide and I feel bad to tell you that this restaurant needs a good and friendly environment in the morning time a lot of us come to your store and wants to have a good start, there was a healthy lady was not the manager the other one and she does not greet any brown person only woow , great customer service you are offering I forgot to ask the name I know you will be brought this comment my guidance for you is “””” when you hear the door bell look at the door and try to say hello how is going and what can I get for you”That will be a great start, you should leave the job if you don’t like to work in DQ atleast don’t promote racism.The worst ever DQ I ever visited, treat people like the way you want to be treated.

Food was good however one of the staff that served us was quite rude.There was a stack of discounts for children on counter.So I picked one up to read what it was about.Then she grabbed it out of my hand and said it was for children.I am a senior and there was no need for that type of response. Very disrespectful for a staff member to treat any customers like that. Not good for business. ?

customer service was bad, cannot really to their customers concerns, you have to ask for a napkin available to take when you need them, manager in this business seems very cheap when it comes to service few times I’ve been here customer services unprofessional you have to wait too long for food.
