A bustling cafe with a delicious assortment of coffees and food. A bit cramped as there is limited seating indoors and there are a few tables outside on the patio.Their Fried Egg Sammy breakfast sandwich had a nice challah bread-like texture. Make sure you eat it with the dill as it complements the egg yolk and bread nicely.The smoked salmon scrambled am had a generous serving of salmon and came with a nice complement of pickles and pickled onions.
The cafe at the corner of the intersection ☕️ is always packed with people when I go there at noon. The cafes in Halifax seem to have a warm atmosphere. I really like the atmosphere inside. The space is not big but it doesn’t feel so irritating.The coffee is the most comfortable I have ever had. I like a slightly bitter latte, but the coffee here is so smooth that I am amazed. There is no astringency brought by milk. Even the milk foam is so smooth. I really like it. I like it so much❤️I ordered a cinnamon roll and a croissant, but unfortunately they didn’t suit my taste. The cinnamon dough was a bit hard and it took a little effort to eat. The croissant lost the crispiness I liked because of the fillings inside. Maybe I ordered it at the beginning. Time went by, maybe next time I'll try some other desserts.The waiter’s smile made my day start wonderfully, ?

Tried this little gem for breakfast this morning. I had the avocado toast, hubby and child had smoked salmon and eggs, other child had egg Sammy. Everything was delicious! Great balance of flavours and presentation was lovely.Will definitely revisit( would have liked a table for 4 but ?♀️)

First time here. reminded me of Paris where you are not in a hurry to do anything, sit, relax, and enjoy the food. Had the Salmon Bagel and Mac & Cheese + 2 pastries and Coffee. around $35-$40. Yes, I will order them again. The service was excellent. Yes, I would recommend it.

Dilly Dally is an adorable hub in the city! Despite its odd location it is hugely successful and it's easy to see why. The food is creative, colourful and delicious - same with the atmosphere! They are properly staffed, which I find intuitive and considerate. Everything about this place is cute and I'm obsessed with the extra space when it's patio season. Thank you for the creative dishes and friendly experiences! ...don't even get me started on how lit their instagram game is... Gorgeous! Oops, I had to come back to mention their food presentation...the pickles??? The edible flowers??? It's just beautiful.
