Hostess staff was amazing, we made some changes to our reservation on arrival and they worked with us no problem. Server was overall good but seemed stressed, it was busy though. Food was good, snacks then burger week burger. Burger was a little ordinary but good.

I came last year to visit my parents and we randomly found this place and loved it! I am back visiting and my family from NL & NS (17 of us ages 9 to 75) all met here last Friday night for my birthday. They were packed! Their hostess Spencer coordinated us seamlessly to not only get in but sit together. Our server Paige was well organized and speedy. The food!!!! …everybody enjoyed hot. Not 1 of us had anything to say other than ‘that was delicious’! One word… ‘Chowder’! It’s a must try and you’re welcome. The matinee was canceled sadly which was disappointing but the atmosphere and vibe of the place made up for it. Durty Nellie’s is a recommend for me!! Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and myself live in Downtown Halifax we love this place! The atmosphere, the vibe, the food and the services are amazing. Niall is always around and he does a great job ? If you want to have a good time in the Maritimes come to the pub!
