I don't go often to East Side Mario's, but am generally sure it will be a decent meal. This evening's meal was REALLY excellent (try the chicken Milano!) - salad and bread both incredibly fresh. Recommended just for that ..But our server Pao deserves a HUGE shout-out. I don't know when I've had better, more attentive, genuinely cheerful service. Seriously, she elevated the experience from "pretty good" to "I'm so glad we did this!"

If I could give Pao 25 stars, I would !!!!! She is the sweetest, funniest, friendliest server I've ever had. I can't say enough good about her!! Attentive beyond words!!! I hope she is always there and is treated like a queen!! My friend and I think she is the best!!
