I asked for a garlic sauce on the side, she replies with a high tone voice and unhappy face: « if you want it we don’t give it for free, it’s gonna cost you 2 extra dollars ». I said well of course I am gonna pay for what you’re asking for if you say it respectfully, after all I just ordered two large shawarmas and a dessert. When the owner saw the situation, he came my way offering the sauce for free to calm me down and I refused it just to make them understand that this is not a way to treat a customer and throw all your stressed energy on them for paying their money at your store.I usually support small businesses but this is gonna be my last visit to this restaurant.

I find food in Halifax is either flavourless and made in a rush, or insanely expensive the few times it’s actually well cooked, but my delivery order was excellent. I was feeling terribly sick and needed actual food, and it hit the spot. I got a chicken shawarma plate. The chicken was moist, abundant, and flavourful. Rice was well spiced, and it wasn’t soggy, but fluffy and cooked well. The slaw tasted really fresh, and the garlic sauce was really good. It felt like I was eating home made food that has been roasting and simmering for hours, rather than the usual disappointment of coarsely chopped vegetables and meats thrown in barely simmered sauces. The price was also reasonable for the massive plate of food I got.

Ordered a beef showerma saj to go, I got home and it was burnt and all you smelled the burnt saj , called the place back and a lady answered asking a million questions and could not find the order (3 saj and 2 showerma poutine) then she became rude! I said the call is over.You obviously don't care about your customers by serving a burnt wrap, disgusting business practice.

Came here for the first time with my partner tonight , we didn’t really know what to expect but trying to find places in our new neighborhood for takeout. It was amazing. We both got chicken shawarma platters , I saw people complaining on here but the portions were more than generous, chicken was still moist and not super dry like some other shawarma spots in the city, the rice was probably some of the best I’ve ever had, delicious garlic sauce and hummus. Long story short I highly recommend this spot. This will be a go to spot for sure.Parking: Parking lot was completely full for some reason , we had to park all the way at the very end of the lot, not sure if this a normal or just there was something going on tonight.
Many people come here for a pickup. Very fresh and friendly. Hard to find a parking spot in this mall but there are many good stores. Mainly Asians and Middle eastern . The quality and portion is a lot of better than Mezza’s. Highly recommend. Just too bad that they had pickled red cabbage not parsley salad:(.

Okay this is so good! We haven’t had a platter yet, but we have had 2 large chicken shawarma wraps made Canadian style, twice.Both times food was hot, fresh, and so tasty! Both times we’ve been in there it’s a man and a woman (I think the owners) they’ve been absolutely lovely and helpful, we will be back! My only suggestion would be to have a menu online somewhere - or on a website/Instagram? It’s hard for someone who hasn’t been there to rely on these little photos others have uploaded. And a mixed shawarma wrap would be amazing. Our next try will be a platter, and I’m sure it won’t disappoint !!! It’s also VERY well priced with large portions.

Have been visiting since they opened, their shawarma and falafel reminds me of my years spent living in tve Middle East. Service not quite as good as prior but still well worth visiting.
One of the best Shawarma in Halifax, $15-$20 for a Shawarma it hardly has any meat in it, otherwise the food is on point.Second visit review: still the best Shawarma in town but seriously Fatouch step up your customer service and be generous with proteins, I even asked to get extra meat they refused and they replied the wrap has no space.
