Today night at 6.30 pm I went to Halifax Habaneros there was nobody at front counter almost 5-10 minutes we were almost 7 customers there waiting for their employee but nobody came at front counter then everyone left except me i saw two workers their on back they ignored me first then i said “is there anyone there “then they came and I told them whole story but they were rude to me and told me it’s only 5 minutes not 10 minutes firstly I told them please talk nicely then girl employee told me lier in my own language and I told them if I can talk to manager or supervisor or if they can give me their email or phone number but they refused. So I left the restaurant but it’s worse customer service I received in my life. I wouldn't recommend this location, but other Habaneros in the city are amazing.

I ordered 2 burrito bowls through uber eats and placed a request for 3 scoops of rice in each one. I've done this before at other locations with no issues. I got my order an hour later (uber eats fault not the resturant) open up the container and I could tell there was only 2 scoops, or they did 3 small scoops but it was no where near the amount I get when I go in person to the Clayton Park location. This was the location in the Halifax Shopping Mall and I only choose that once as it was a buy one get one free. It makes me wonder why have a section for special instructions if either uber doesn't pass this along to the store or the store employees ignore it. what if this was asking to remove something due to an allergy? I'll still be going to the other location but most likely will not be going to the one in the mall again.

I have mixed feelings about this place I went there one day when the white people were working it was awesome then I went when the Punjabis where working and they bearly put anything on it no cheese no meat bearly you n other words if white or black etc people making your food there get it, other than that go some

I was waiting for someone to take my order.I was at the place before closing time.One of the staff with long hair and beard said very rudely with unprofessional behaviour and actions of hands asking to leave the place. Very bad experience.

It’s getting worse and worse. i went there 30min early before close and there were 2 people refilling all the water bottles and kept ignoring me after 5min just said we are not taking any customer. No reasons whyIf they are not passionate at the job whatever is it. Then why work thereIt’s not a case of out staff it’s just about that attitude
