If you want to have a good experience with KFC, avoid this franchise. They behave like they own a different store which is named as “KFC” Not a franchise of KFC. They’ll have an answer “NO” to all the offers available in KFC app, promotional emails and also the menu which is probably available all over the world but not here. They just say “It may be available in other stores but not in ours”. At last you order a Pepsi and there is machine problem ? How odd! Please save yourself from having bad KFC experience.

Food was very bad . I bought 4 pc chicken combo and popcorn combo. Food was old and my whole family’s stomach got upset. Will not try again. Staff was good. But the food is very bad not even cooked. I think the chicken is expired

To allow me to place an order for “kfc fried chicken” only to be told it’s 17 minute wait is absurd in a food court at supper time. Corporate HQ needs to be involved here. No need for an apology from the owner, it’s the same response every time.

The food was great and came quick!The service was terrible. The lady who took my order was ok, standard uninterested teen.The girl who gave me my food was scowling, seemed annoyed that I asked for ketchup and salt, and did not make eye contact at all and when I smiled and said thank you she turned around and ignored me.I noticed once the line was gone both teens were back to smiling and carrying on with each other.Sub par service, even for a food court!
When I order gravy - I love only getting a fraction of what I paid for. I only come back here because it’s close to Walmart that is barely 2/3 full. What exactly am I paying for? Air????

This KFC location is the worst location in this world. I ordered from from them via Uber eats... the food was stale. fries had Fungai , I ordered 6 pieces and got 3 pieces i tried calling the number and the phone is not even working. try avoid this location Horrible service
