First time there going with friends who really love it there. Couldn't ask for a better server, she was very special! Definitely made our lunch more enjoyable. Food was spectacular from start to finish. The main reason my friends come is the soups and the fact they are very consistent with their food. I ordered food for delivery. Loong 7 has a huge menu and i was able to get my favorite dish, mapo tofu. there were lots of large pieces of tofu, the perfect texture. i dont like pork in mapo tofu so that just wasn't my favorite. i would have loved even more sauce as well. the delivery was super quick, the delivery man was nice and careful, and the food was packaged well and HOT!

Though the food quality is fantastic, the service there today was severely lacking, I was lied about what was in the combo I ordered t 20 that got compared to v1(?) Mixed vegetables, on addition, I was not informed about any of that and only saw what was in my order when I was back home, expecting me to be back there in 5 to 10 minutes before cöisurw to get my money back, if I wanted the money back, for which I had paid 20 plus dollars on which the receipt didn't even show any details of what I had orordered items.Also, they did not bother the price increase on printed m3nusmrd that are claimed to have been made in the online menue.I was not even offered compensation or compromise or anything. I am incredibly upset and disappointed, seeing I really like the food there.Next time I will think twice before going there.

Order number 208819 here. Placed my order and my money was taken and card charged twice, and the kicker is my food never came? Tried calling and the phone was never answered ! Not like this restaurant they are usually really spot on. Only time will tell how this is handled? Stay tuned...
It was freezing inside when we arrived to dine in, the staff had winter coats on. They turned the heat pump on for us.The table was dirty and not washed. No one offered to wash it. The items on the table looked sticky and not clean. The water did not have ice.Food portion was excellent; Good value for money paid. The food tasted good.No one checked on us. Seemed like we were totally forgotten. I had to find the server at the end. No fortune cookie.I would not dine here again, but I’d consider takeaway.No parking lot, only street parking.

This place has actual authentic Chinese food. I'm certain anything off the menu would be delicious ( we had the chicken balls and they were wonderful. Not overly battered, good quality chicken ) but do yourself a favor and get something off the proper Chinese menu. The flavors are incredible, portion sizes very large, and everything is well priced. It's a true hidden gem in the north end.
