Okay, overall disappointing experience. Their food used to be very good, and I would know as I've tried most of it numerous times in the last 5 years. However, that changed drastically with new staff. The grilled meat was served overcooked, the falafel recipe changed from fantastic and authentic to tasting like out of a ready to mix box, and the garlic sauce was disgraceful. I'm not sure if the place is under new management, but it is not working, for me at least. FIX IT PLEASEParking: Busy downtown street, tricky to find free parking. Paid parking garage available nearby.

Visites this place for saturday dinner and experience was great. The food is very tasty ans authentic. The portion was very good. Especially the chef (gujarati guy) was very good in terms of helping to go with right food options.

Ordered chicken kabsa and lamb kabsa. Comes in decent quantities and was flavourful. The chicken and lamb were perfectly cooked. Mine was a take away order but most of the tables weren't clean even though there was no one dining in. Anyways the food was great.

Staff were friendly. We had the Chicken Shawarma and Lamb Tikka wrap meals and they were fantastic. Finished it off with Baklava which was also amazing. Will definitely go again if/when we're nearby again.

Picked up some Shawarmas which were great like usual. My wife's Tabouli salad wasn't good though. It had dirt in it. The parsley has to be thoroughly washed to prevent this. Someone took a shortcut.

I ordered for delivery a chicken shawarma and a tabboule salad, From the look of it, the salad must have been produced 1 or 2 days before, I would know since I am Lebanese: it was not fresh and I am sure I would have fallen ill, had I eaten it. I would be ashamed to serve such unhealthy food!
