I have a half-ton pickup truck (F150, supercrew, 6.5 foot bed) and the drive thru is extremely tight and it's difficult not to touch the curb while going through.I had placed a mobile order and was asked to park in spot 3. As I pulled out, there was already a vehicle in spot 3. After 2 minutes, they left and I then parked there. Then upon waiting, 4 or more vehicles were served in spot 1 and 2 before they even came to me. Not even including the vehicles that were served and left in the drive-thru.After about 15 minutes, then an employee came over and asked me about my order. I told her what was on it.After about another half hour, they finally brought me my order. (In total 45-minute wait, after a handful of other customers were served), I also have dashcam footage of this that is indisputable.The coffee I got was supposed to have milk, it had cream (I can't drink cream, I had to throw it out.)The big mac had way too much sauce, the box was covered in it. The quarter pounder was supposed to have no onions and no pickles, it had both.And both fries had zero salt and were ice cold (not edible).Will be a long time before I come back here, this is not the first time I have had concerns about service and food quality.A previous visit, I ordered a meal, dessert, and snack, the only thing they got right was the soft drink.

The food is great. The fries are awesome, and I always get them fresh. The line can take I little depends on the day and time the staff is nice the Food can a while overall service is awesome. The ambiance is good they always have staff cleaning. The toilets are overall clean. The tables are dirt a lot, just ppl being a mess

Worst mcdonalds. Extremely slow. Waited excessively in a parking spot and they never even started my order. Meanwhile many others were being serviced instead of us. Asked for a refund and was met with a dumbfounded snide look. Will not return nor should anyone.
The staff was kind and helpful. The place was clean. This location has made 180 from what it used to be. We go out of our way to go to this location now.

This location has really gone down hill in the last few months. Noticed there's new staff as well, perhaps they need retraining. I've been going here for years and lately items in my order are missing in the drivethru. Wont be going here again.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They get a lot of foot traffic throughout the lunch hours but service times are consistent based on the few times I've visited. One room for improvement: Keep an eye/cleaning the back areas where the elevated stools and tables are. It's the area furthest from the cash registers so it can sometimes be neglected. Other than that, I enjoy unwinding here for lunch especially when the Raptors come through with 12 3s made. 4/5
