I ordered Mc Chicken last night and got this. It was NOT chicken but it was not fish either… I GENUINELY DON’T KNOW WHAT I ATE? You can see the texture and the color of it. After a 12 hours shift, being so hungry I still ate it but never again. I feel like I lost my self respect after eating this unknown piece of “food” lol.Also one of the female employee put her hand in my cup while she was giving me a cup. Instead of giving a cup from the bottom, she gave it from the top, putting her hand in the cup… ??♀️ you can’t teach some people nothing and it shows

When I think of BLT, I think Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. Instead, all I got was onion. Not going to pay $10 for a sandwich again if all I get are onions.

As always with Mc Donald's misleading advertising, in photos you can see good sized hamburgers and when you receive them they are very small.Apparently this happens in all branches worldwide.

Would not recommend. Spent over 39 minutes in the drive thru. Not sure what the problem was. Clearly management needs to be replaced.On top of that the food was poorly put together.Whoever you're night manager is; get rid of them.

There was a hair in my food - I get it, shedding happens and I've worked in the service industry. Informed one of the team members and she said she'd alert the manager and have the burger remade. I waited for 15 minutes and had to ask if it got entered because people who came in after me were getting their orders. They said they forgot to enter it. I asked if I could speak to a manager about this because I was feeling really irritated at this point. The manager told me "I didn't charge you for the remake." Like I should be thankful I didn't have to pay for the burger that replaced my hairy one? I get that McDonald's is not quality food, but they're supposed to be fast and hair-free. Upon the second mistake, I should have at least been offered to comp my burger. Won't be going back to this location.

Went here to grab some breakfast before going shopping. I was about to bite into my breakfast sandwich when I noticed a big black hair sticking out of my sandwich. When I opened the sandwich I also noticed what looked to be a bite taken out of the egg in the sandwich. Utterly disgusted by this place. I won't be returning.

If only there's a no star option - this is really disgusting!!! Are McDonald's staff even wearing hairnet when making our food? I already had 2 bites before I noticed that there's a hair sticking out of my burger! (We all have dark hair in our family, and this strand of hair looks dyed.) This is really disturbing and extremely unappetizing. Please take this matter seriously and investigate it throughly! Also please ensure the cleanliness and safety of the food served.
