They removed the free marinara from their half moon cheesy bread at some point, a form of shrinkflation. When I complained about it on their survey (since I forgot to add a marinara to my order since it used to be included) I got a call back from a rep. He lied to me and told me they have never included a free marinara, ever. I went back in my email history and found a receipt from 2021 that showed a free marinara included. When I phoned them to complain about their rep lying to me and gaslighting me, they said that the rep would be spoken to but I can have a free $5 to make me feel better. I guess I can get two marinaras with that and still have to pay for my own meal. What a joke this place is

One of the worst service i got hereFirstly they don’t know that its paid order or not the are asking me the money again and again and when i show them that i have paid already through the application then they said okAnd i asked the boy that i have drinks order also and I picked that from freezer but they didn’t give me any bag to carry out my drinksAnd then i saw the main entrance door they put empty pizza boxes thereI think they should close this branch one of the worst branch i have seen in canada they are spoiling the reputation of this pizza pizza brand

I was there at midnight on sunday and there was a girl serving on counter. I had to repeat my order 3 time because she had plugged airpod in her ear and it was hard for her to hear definitely. Disgusting customer service and she was talking so loud in punjabi . I mean its annoying. You should respect your workplace as well as your customers.Thank you.

We were there today and ordered Medium tandoori pizza and poppers. They took almost 40-45 mins to make our pizza and when we asked them about our food they asked us to check the bank account if the transaction went through. At last we just asked for one empty pizza book and the lady working at the cash was reluctant for giving as it would mess their inventory.She couldn’t even say sorry as it was her fault.Other guy was good he gave us 2 dips.But overall service was very poor.
