It's anything but an original pretzel! Paying $6 for half-baked bagel dough dipped in melted butter and coarse salt is a real shame. If you're going to call them pretzels, at least have the intelligence to use a recipe from the country of origin.

I went to the shop last night around 8pm. Both workers rolled there eyes and one even said to the other oh my god I wanted to leave early and flipped her head back. Over all super rude and made me feel uncomfortable

This location closes at least a half hour before close.Usually a lovely experience at this business and specifically this location and often look forward to their pretzel bites. However this evening I went at 8:30pm and was told they didn’t have any left as they had already long since shut down everything down and could make no more to fill my order. This location had always served until close at 9pm. I’m unsure of exactly when they shut the machines off, but if you plan on ordering from this location, be sure you get there well before close.
