I don't eat poutine but the staff kindly filled my water bottle when the JUNO organizers failed to provide a water station at their event.

When in Canada, one simply must get poutine! And so we did. And this did not disappoint. This place had a truly amazing range of different poutine options. We actually found the more elaborate preparations to be unnecessary. Just straight up poutine seems like the way to go. And we enjoyed the heck out of it. Well worth a visit.

I heard how good poutine is....I am more of a french fry purist...I didnt like my fries wet and soggy. It was interesting to try and glad I did, its what you do in Canada! The fries were good, and curds and gravy were good. Soggy wet fries are not my thing. It was a bit more like carnival food. Definitely try it when you are here or if you like the idea of fries covered in gravy. It was good, just not my thing.

Oof. I'm sure the uninitiated might enjoy it but this is not good poutine. Almost any other option on the waterfront is better.

While in Halifax, I had to try a poutine. I went to the location along the harbor, but there are other locations in the city. You get alot of food, I couldn't eat it all. It's worth trying it if you go.

Stopped by the Smoke’s Poutinerie waterfront location in Halifax, NS off of a cruise ship. Quick, friendly service. I got the standard poutine and wife got it with onions. Very good and a generous serving. There are some tables there to accommodate several eateries. There is another seating area over by the water. Wish we could get this food closer to home in Illinois, USA.

Traditional Poutine! Really very good, fries and very hot sauce with a good amount of cheese that makes it squik-squick.

It's ok if you're in a hurry, but there are better places for a tasty poutine. The price is also quite high for what you get.

Gross potatoes smelled like fish. Definitely serving rotten food. Probably didn't properly cool after blanching them. Don't go unless you want to get

The service was absolutely terrible. They ignored us for the first few moments, and then, they were quite rude. The food was awful. It is, by far, the worst poutine I've ever had. I got the cheeseburger poutine. The bacon was soggy, and the burger meat was inedible. I had vegetarian gravy rather than regular gravy (as I was told this was gluten free). The gravy tasted awful. I thankfully got it on the side, so I was able to throw it away! Definitely do not recommend!!

The staff working are SO friendly! We had questions about the gravy and they showed us the ingredients and offered the split the poutine between the two of us to make it easier to eat. It was yummy!

Took my Mom here as she had never had poutine before. We thoroughly enjoyed a donair poutine which was overflowing with delicious donair meat. We ate at the counter and people-watched as we enjoyed our poutine. The young lady who served us was very nice.

$22.99 for a cheeseburger poutine and a bottle of water. Hamburger cold and flavorless Gravy bland weird grainy cheese sauce all around bad AVOID so many better options.
